Dr. Marrone, Co-founder & Executive Chair of Invasive Species Corp., received the Rosalind Franklin Award for Leadership in Industrial Biotechnology and Agriculture. A pioneer in biological pest management, she has led multiple biotech companies and holds hundreds of patents. Her work focuses on biobased solutions for invasive species, biodiversity protection, and climate resilience.
Dr. Harris, Emeritus Professor at Iowa State University, was awarded the George Washington Carver Award for Leadership in Agriculture and Environmental Biotechnology. As the founder of multiple animal vaccine companies, his innovations advance livestock health and sustainable biotechnologies.
